You may also wanted to spend the night before the climb at Kinabalu Park's room/lodges or nearby resort/cabin. Then you will get the chances to visit to the nearby attractions such as Poring Hot Spring.
SAMPLE OF ITINERARY: -
DAY 1 - Pick up from city hotel in Kota Kinabalu/BKI Airport. Starts the 3 hours journey to Poring Hot Spring. On the way, pass by small towns and villages until stop by at Nabalu Fruit Market/Kundasang Market for a break. Upon arrival at Poring Hot Spring, take a refreshing dip of the hot sulphur in indoor or outdoor tubs/take 45 minutes round trek to the famous Canopy Walkway, 100 to 200 ft. above the forest floor. Lunch at local restaurant. Then, transfer to Kinabalu Rose Cabin for check in and free at own leisure. Evening, dinner and overnight at the same cabin.
DAY 2 - Breakfast at the cabin’s restaurant. Check out and transfer to
DAY 3 - 0230hrs, wake up call and have your own light breakfast. 0300hrs, start to summit to the highest peak of the mountain, Low’s Peak at 4,095.2m a.s.l (2.72km/2-3hrs walk). After witness the magnificent sunrise and took some photo for remembrance, descend back to the rest house. After breakfast at Laban Rata Restaurant, pack up and descend to Timpohon Gate. Transfer to headquarter and collect your certificate of achievement. Lunch is served at Liwagu Restaurant. After lunch, depart from the park and transfer back to your city hotel in Kota Kinabalu.
